Color Me Fashion

Express yourself through color and create what Harper’s Bazaar is calling the new “It” accessory for this year – the neck scarf.

The Museum has partnered with teens at the Lighthouse of Pinellas to host an evening of dying silk scarves.  Teens who are visually impaired are participants of the Transition Program which teaches important career related skills that help them gain and maintain employment in the future despite their disability.  In less than 45 minutes, the teens will help you to create a silk dyed scarf to make your own fashion statement.  Instruction begins at 6 and 7p.m. on Thursday, June 13 in the Conservatory.  Free with Museum admission.
