Cinema at the MFA presents: Roman Holiday | Costume Party & Prosecco Bar

In celebration of our exhibition Bernini and the Roman Baroque: Masterpieces from Palazzo Chigi in Ariccia, we invite you to channel your inner Audrey Hepburn or Gregory Peck as you enjoy a screening of the Academy Award-winning Roman Holiday (1953) and libations (prosecco, bellinis, and soft drinks) from the cash bar in the garden. Take inspiration from the iconic wardrobe of the film classic and arrive in timeless style!

About the movie:

Audrey Hepburn won a Best Actress Oscar as a young European princess who breaks off an official goodwill tour so she can see the Eternal City incognito, and while doing so, falls for an American newspaperman who serves as her tour guide.
