Back by popular demand…Simmer & Sift! Culinary masterpieces brought to life at the MFA, combining creative culinary skills with delicious demonstrations. In a small group setting, interact with the area’s most popular chefs and taste their creations. Supporting the arts can be so delicious!

From the James Beard House to Central Ave, the lauded husband-wife team of Dave and Erica Benstock are bringing their modern take on Italian classics to the MFA. Chef David worked his way through the ranks at various restaurants, including Wolfgang Puck Spago in Colorado and Fontainebleau Scarpetta in Miami. Upon Chef Benstock’s return to St. Pete, the fresh Italian cooking style that Il Ritorno is known for was born.

Simmer & Sift will begin at 6pm with guest check-in and a signature cocktail. You’ll witness the demo, get a signature cocktail, dine on the results, and receive a recipe card so you can make your own masterpieces at home! Cash bar will also be available.
