Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. They play full sides. Their sake is chilled. Their oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo\, but it’s close. \nSAKE WITH NOAH \n \nNoah\, based in St. Petersburg\, Florida\, is a Certified Sake Sommelier and Sake Educator with a deep passion for sharing the world of sake. With expertise in pairing sake with a rotating food menu\, Noah offers a unique perspective on both traditional and contemporary styles. In addition to running a sake bar\, Noah teaches Certified Sake Sommelier courses and hosts a monthly ‘Sake Club\,’ fostering a growing community of sake enthusiasts in the area. \nDJ SEIN \n \nThe local DJ is known for setting the mood and spinning through his vinyl collection. As the resident DJ for In Between Days\, he’s brought music to the community whether it be jazz\, disco\, dance\, experimental\, or funk rock. DJ Sein came up in Atlanta’s underground in the mid-nineties and is lauded for his unique collection of 10\,000+ records. As the in-house musical curator\, he’s been filling their shelves with some of his favorites from the last 30 years. \nHEIDI FROM PRINT ST.
