Bring the whole family! \nBECOME A MEMBER \n\nABOUT ALICE DASENBROCK/SOBRE ALICE DASENBROCK \n\n\nEnglish: Alice Dasenbrock is from Cincinnati\, Ohio\, and studied at the University of Cincinnati. She taught high school Spanish for 30 years. During the summers\, Alice visited Spanish-speaking countries to improve her language skills\, including Mexico\, Costa Rica\, Ecuador\, and Spain. \nAlice and her husband developed an interest in art while traveling to art museums in nearby cities. She also incorporated lessons about the art of Spain and Latin America into her teaching\, including class visits to the Cincinnati Art Museum. \nAfter retiring\, Alice wanted to continue studying both art and Spanish in Florida. Now\, she teaches Spanish in an adult education program and\, of course\, gives tours at the Museum of Fine Arts here in St. Petersburg. \n\n\nEspañol: Alice Dasenbrock es originaria de Cincinnati\, Ohio\, y estudió en la Universidad de Cincinnati. Enseñó español en una escuela secundaria durante treinta años. Durante los veranos\, Alice visitó varios países de habla hispana para profundizar su conocimiento del idioma\, incluyendo México\, Costa Rica\, Ecuador y España. \nAlice y su esposo desarrollaron un interés por el arte al visitar museos durante sus viajes.
