From the hives on the MFA’s rooftop to the honey harvested locally and the ways its distinct flavors can transform both savory and sweet dishes\, explore the connection between bees\, place\, and food. \nBegin with an introduction to the MFA’s rooftop bees and learn about the apiary\, the process of caring for the hives\, and how locally sourced honey makes its way from the hive to the table.
