Visual MetaphorHigh School Student Exhibition

April 7 through April 23, 2023

“A visual metaphor is the representation of a person, place, thing, or idea by means of a visual image that suggests a particular association or point of similarity.”

This audience favorite spotlights work by some of the most talented high school students in Pinellas County Schools. Their teachers select the art, and the final works are selected by Museum staff. The work encompasses a wide array of media.

A private reception for the students, their parents, and teachers will be held on Thursday, April 6, from 7-8 pm, with awards presented at 7:30 pm.

Please note that this exhibition closes at 3 pm Friday-Sunday.
