The beautiful Mary Alice McClendon Conservatory, MFA Shop, and Café Clementine will reopen to the public on Friday, September 1. We welcome all to enjoy this community space, bathed in the brilliant light and color of Christian Sampson’s Tempus volat, hora fugit (Time flies, hours flee) art installation.

The museum will be closed to the public on Thursday, August 31. This closure allows our team to transition to normal operations after mobilizing in preparation for Hurricane Idalia. The MFA collection and exhibition galleries will remain closed through Monday, September 4, as our team works on some fresh and exciting updates. Normal museum operating hours will resume on Tuesday, September 5.
