Bugsgiving: A Dining Experience with Ento-Cuisine Chef Joseph Yoon of Brooklyn Bugs
Yoon will present a tasting menu of 10 dishes where insects will be cooked into a dish, featured as the main ingredient or applied in a variety of other ways. The “ento-cuisine” will be complemented by an adventurous cocktail menu.

Lecture with Artist Jennifer Angus
Jennifer Angus is a professor of textile design at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, yet as an artist her medium is insects. Angus will discuss the mechanics and meaning of pattern and how it relates to her work and the exhibition at the MFA, ‘The Grasshopper and the Ant’ and Other Stories.
