Simmer and Sift: Join the Chef/Owners of The Restorative

Back by popular demand…Simmer & Sift! Culinary masterpieces are brought to life at the MFA combining creative culinary skills with delicious demonstrations. In a small-group setting, interact with the area’s most popular chefs and taste their creations.

On August 22, we present The Restorative, Dunedin’s most talked about dining experience right here at the MFA. Refreshingly simple food, made with the best of ingredients, The Restorative is leading the way in an area already known for stellar cuisine. Their menu features adventurous and innovative dishes, and the Tampa Bay Times says “The Restorative…is doing its own thing, exceptionally well.”

At the MFA, The Restorative will be cooking:
— Pork Terrine, Cherry Wheat Beer Mostarda, Greens
— Parisian Gnocchi, Bay Scallops, Mushrooms, Bacon, Corn Puree
— Chocolate Cremeux, Whipped Caramel, Spiced Pork Rinds

The event will begin at 6pm with guest check-in and a signature cocktail, followed by a discussion and demonstration with Chefs/Owners Jason and Erin Borajkiewicz. You’ll witness the cooking demo, get a signature cocktail, dine on the results, and receive a recipe card so you can make your own masterpieces in your own kitchen! Cash bar will also be available.

$35 for MFA Members,  $45 for Not-Yet Members
