Vanessa Diaz: Beginning at the Cornice, Not the Foundation
Opening Reception
Diaz is a multidisciplinary artist adept at reworking interior domestic spaces so that the most habitual of settings become distorted. Working in the Museum’s decorative arts galleries and period rooms, Diaz will create site-specific installations that disrupt notions of customs and home décor.
The opening reception is free for MFA members and $5 for non-members. Entrance is through the Great Hall.
