Create your own masterpiece inspired by works in the collection and special exhibitions.  Supplies are included.  This event is held the first and third Saturday of the month.  Recommended for ages five and older, but entire families are encouraged to participate!

This Month’s Project: Hand-painted palm trees in the special exhibition Glow, are our source of inspiration this month creating a painting of Florida’s state tree, the Sabal Palmetto.

Supplies: Black oil pastels/crayons, water colors- Participants draw the silhouette of a palm tree, and paint over it using water colors-creating a glowing effect.
