Museum Minis with Tombolo Books: Songs of the Birds by Isabel Otter
Museum Minis with Tombolo Books invites children ages 0 to 5 years old and their favorite grownups to join us in the galleries every third Wednesday for an art-filled storytime! From shapes to colors and artists to animals, there is always something fun to discover at the MFA.
Join us in the special exhibition Audubon’s Birds of America for this month’s storytime led by Jesse Miller! Jesse leads Girls Rock St. Pete, a volunteer-led movement to support girls, women, and gender-expansive folks through music, mentorship, and social justice. For 25 years she has worked at the intersection of art and advocacy, supporting those on the margins. She has served on 28 boards and committees locally and abroad supporting foster youth, the trans and queer community through art and social justice work. Jesse and her wife Kj are doting aunties, bird nerds, and have a fierce love of St. Pete.
