Pie, Memory & Making
Café Clementine Workshop

Explore pie as both a craft and a cultural artifact with Café Clementine Founder & Creative Director Paulina Graniela and Kitchen Manager, Pastry Chef Cay Scheuer. Through hands-on instruction, storytelling and discussion, you will learn the fundamentals of flaky pastry, assemble your own seasonal hand pies, and explore the rich history of one of America’s most beloved desserts.
Set within the Conservatory of the Museum of Fine Arts, this intimate workshop blends baking, art, and storytelling while celebrating the connections between food, memory, culture, and place.
Ticket includes a welcome glass of wine, snacks, printed recipes, a box of hand pies to enjoy or take home, a jar of house-made jam, and museum admission with gallery access following the workshop.
Baking experience is not required, come as you are! Adults 18+ only. Space is limited.
