2nd Annual Zombie Thriller Dance
Put on your best Zombie face and join the MFA for our 2nd annual Zombie Thriller Dance.
Ghouls and zombies of all ages and dancing abilities are invited to take over the front steps of the museum for a fiendishly good time strutting your stuff to the famous Michael Jackson Thriller dance.
Performance times are 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 pm – don’t be late.
Rehearsals, led by St. Pete Zombie Jesse Miller, begin Sept. 12th at the MFA and will be held every Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30p. We’ll have a choreographer on hand to help you learn the steps, hand-outs to assist your at-home rehearsals, and screenings of the film each evening for quick dance-along sessions. Don’t want to dance? That’s okay but don’t be scared to come out and support your zombie community
On the night of the performance, the MFA will provide makeup artists (suggested donation, please) if you’d rather not do your own and some appropriate graveyard clothes for the sartorially challenged ghosts and goblins amongst us.
