FEATURING
IN BETWEEN DAYS

Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, their little house is warmed by a pair of 1972 Klipsch Cornwalls that adorn the back of the bar paired with two turn-tables and a diverse vinyl collection. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. They play full sides. Their sake is chilled. Their oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.
SAKE WITH NOAH

Noah, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a Certified Sake Sommelier and Sake Educator with a deep passion for sharing the world of sake. Noah is a Florida native with over a decade of experience in the service industry, having worked in restaurants across St. Petersburg since 2012. As the beverage director of a Tokyo-inspired vinyl listening and sake bar, where he discovered his passion for sake, Noah blends his love for music and sake culture to create an authentic, immersive experience. With expertise in pairing sake with a rotating food menu, Noah offers a unique perspective on both traditional and contemporary styles. In addition to running a sake bar, Noah teaches Certified Sake Sommelier courses and hosts a monthly ‘Sake Club,’ fostering a growing community of sake enthusiasts in the area.
DJ SEIN

The local DJ is known for setting the mood and spinning through his vinyl collection. As the resident DJ for In Between Days, he’s brought music to the community whether it be jazz, disco, dance, experimental, or funk rock. DJ Sein came up in Atlanta’s underground in the mid-nineties and is lauded for his unique collection of 10,000+ records. As the in-house musical curator, he’s been filling their shelves with some of his favorites from the last 30 years.
HEIDI FROM PRINT ST. PETE

Heidi is a local graphic designer and the ’24-’25 USF graphic design student intern for Print St. Pete. Heidi works as a Graphic designer for the Tampa Bay Surveillance Project and Queer Expression St. Pete. When they’re not at Print St. Pete they are working as a personal trainer. Most recently they received the Student Addy Gold and All-Category Judges’ Choice at the 2025 AAF Tampa Bay Addy Awards for their Florida Man postcard campaign.
