Summer Fun at the MFA: Art & Archaeology Camp
July 8 – July 12 | Art & Archaeology Camp | Grades 1-5 [SOLD-OUT]
Are you ready to dig up some history? Travel back in time as we learn about the art and science of archaeology. Discover how archaeologists piece together the past from Ancient Greece to Mesoamerica, and even right here in Tampa Bay! We’ll spend the week exploring our own miniature archeology sites, puzzling together artifacts, and creating a time capsule for archaeologists of the future!
The Art & Archaeology camp is designed for rising 1st to 5th graders.
– Camp times are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Drop-off starts at 8:45 am, pick-up starts at 3:30 pm, and last pick-up is at 4:15 pm)
– Pricing: $200 MFA Members | $275 Not-Yet Members (Price includes a non-refundable $50 application fee)
– Scholarships through the Creative Pinellas Summer Camp Grant have reached capacity.
