Collectors Circle Presents: Midnight in Paris

Join us for a night on the town in Jazz Age Paris—where avant-garde
artists, writers, musicians, and dancers lived life to the fullest!
Sip cocktails and Champagne while listening to music and mingling
with friends in an ambiance worthy of the glamorous and talented
luminaries we are celebrating.
This annual gala celebrates the Collectors Circle’s role
in selecting artwork for the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg
to acquire for the permanent collection. Your support of this event
contributes to the acquisition and care of these important works of art.
Curators will present artworks for consideration, and all current
Collectors Circle members will vote for their choice.

The Collectors Circle efforts have supported the Museum of Fine Arts since 1995 and have been instrumental in enhancing the museum’s collection through direct acquisition and collections care. The Collectors Circle brings together collectors, benefactors, and art enthusiasts for exciting programs and educational opportunities, from lectures to study trips. Over the past three decades, the Collectors Circle has gifted 41 works of art—representing a range of periods, styles, and media—to the museum. Major gifts include Kehinde Wiley’s Leviathan Zodiac (The World Stage: Israel), given in honor of the 25th anniversary of this important support group, and Childe Hassam’s The “Home Sweet Home” Cottage, East Hampton, Long Island, which marked the 10th anniversary.
