Gallery Talk on Carrie Schneider: Reading Women by Katherine Pill, Assistant Curator of Art after 1950

Contemporary artist Carrie Schneider’s video projection and photographs in the Helen and Dick Minck Gallery spotlight her women friends and acquaintances in the process of reading.  They are captured in domestic spaces and are all reading books by talented women.  This exhibition complements Marks Made, which Ms. Pill curated.
