As always, the health and safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff are the single most important consideration for the Museum of Fine Arts. We are temporarily closed to the public, starting Saturday, March 14, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
We are committed to being a safe community space by bringing the MFA to you virtually, and offering an escape for peace, pleasure, and joy. Through our social media, youth activity pages, and email newsletters, we are continuing to share the beauty of our museum and collection with you. Experience the MFA from anywhere via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (@mfastpete) and our Happenings email newsletter. Please stay connected to us online and let us know what you’d like to see and learn, as we continue to use these platforms to fulfill our mission.
Although galleries are closed to the public, we are still hard at work to bring you the highest quality exhibitions, community outreach, and public programs and look forward to when it is safe to reopen. As a nonprofit arts organization, your ongoing contributions are vital to us. Please continue your support of the MFA with a gift of any amount today.
Our team will continue to monitor the situation daily. Stay well, stay connected to us, and we hope to see you at the MFA soon.
